We have all known each other for many years. We have traveled together, lived together and taught English in the same countries. we share a firm belief in quality and integrity, an enjoyment of foreign languages, a love for cultural interchange and a purpose in teaching. Our program is more than an educational service. It is an invitation to have fun while learning English and to get to know a beautiful part of the world as we know and love it.

Originally raised in Ireland and then California, Mike studied history at the University of California, Santa Cruz. He has travelled worldwide, teaching as well as learning languages.

Lalune Sip
Born in Cambodia and raised in Santa Cruz, Lalune has traveled widely throughout California, the United States, Europe and South America. While studying history at the University of California, Santa Cruz, Lalune took advantage of study abroad programs to Italy and Argentina. She now calls San Francisco home.

Eric Perley
Though Eric has traveled extensively around the world, he always returns home to California. After a degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Political Science, Eric furthered his education at the University of Southern California and earned his Master's degree in Creative Writing. He has participated in many abroad programs as well as taught English language and literature.

Caroline O'Sullivan
Mike's sister Caroline graduated with a degree in psychology from the University of California in Santa Barbara. She spent 2 years teaching English in Sicily, falling in love with all things Italian. After another year in Barcelona she taught English in England, Austria, and even Japan. Now she lives in San Francisco.
