Welcome!
Based in San Francisco and Berkeley, NostrAmerica is a language school dedicated to a progressive method of intensive English language education.
While other summer language programs are based solely on classroom instruction, we operate using the CLIL method of language education, wherein students learn English as we teach them the history, politics, and varied culture of our part of the world. We apply and improve upon methods and means encountered in years of experience to inspire a passion for the English language through organized adventures and supervised interactions with young Americans.
We love San Francisco, and we know it well. Whether or not you are interested in our program, we present a valuable resource for the four cities our participants explore: San Francisco, Berkeley, Santa Cruz and Big Sur.
